Teacher Overview

Md. Rashidul Hasan is a Professor, Department of Agribusiness and Marketing, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He received his B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics (Hons.) degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangladesh, and M.S. in Agricultural Economics (Marketing) from the same University. He received his Advanced Master's degree from Catholic University of Louvain and University of Namur, Belgium. He received his Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from the United Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Ehime University, Japan. His research interest is agricultural marketing, food security, gender, impact analysis, women empowerment, and agribusiness.
