Umme Khadiza serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Fisheries Biology and Genetics within the Faculty of Fisheries, Aquaculture, and Marine Science at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. She earned her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Fisheries and her Master of Science in Fisheries Biology and Genetics from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, achieving outstanding academic results. She completed her Higher Secondary Certificate at Shaheed Bir Uttam Lt. Anwar Girls' College, Dhaka Cantonment, and her Secondary School Certificate at Abdur Rob School and College, Bhola. Presently, she is actively engaged in various fisheries-related research projects at the Aquatic Bioresource Research Lab, SAU, while pursuing her postgraduate studies. Furthermore, she has gained extensive training experience from esteemed institutions, including the Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI) in Mymensingh and the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
