Plant Morphology, Plant Physiology, Plant Ecology, Economic Botany courses in B.Sc. level; Plant Growth Regulators, Plant Stress Physiology, Plant Metabolism, Agro-climatology, Economic Botany etc courses in Masters level. Advance Stress Physiology, Crop Climatology, Cell Signaling, Developmental Plant Physiology courses at PhD level. Present research specialization: Crop management and approaches for improving crop yield using smart agriculture techniques and nanotechnology in rural and urban ecosystem, Responses of plants to stresses, Abiotic stress especially to drought, temperature, salinity, heavy metal etc. Assessment of morpho-physiology, yield and quality of crops to contaminated soil with phytohormones/bio-regulators, organic and inorganic soil amendments. The remediation of metals toxicity both in soil and plants by genetic and pharmacological ways.  Screening of crop plants to stresses, especially drought, temperature, salinity, waterlogging etc.  Mitigation of adverse effects of stresses in plants using smart agriculture techniques  Improvement of stress tolerance in crop plants using nanotechnology  Urban agriculture, rooftop farming, roof garden model development, impact of roof farming in urban locations.  Technology generation for growing safe, nutritious and healthy foods through urban agriculture.  Arrange awareness programs through training on rooftop gardening and eco-friendly practices for urban stakeholders.  Up-Scaling saline agriculture in the Khulna and Satkhira districts as action research activities.
